I love Starbuck’s Egg Bites, they are delicious. The eggs are absolutely perfect and make a great breakfast on the go. I’m not a huge coffee drinker, so I rarely get them unless I make a special trip or am traveling. I love them, but they cost about $5 for two egg bites so unless I am traveling I don’t eat them. Luckily they are super easy to make. I have made these egg bites the sous vide style, and in the Instant Pot. Both turn out wonderfully, but require a lot of fiddling around with machines. These egg bites can be baked in the oven and turn out just as good as if they had been made the sous vide method or in the Instant Pot.

I make a big batch and then store them in the freezer so I can grab a bag and pop them in the microwave, not unlike Starbucks. It’s great if you’re on Keto, and even if you aren’t.

This recipe is for Ham and Cheese Egg Bites, but you can put any ingredients you like in them.
