Preheat oven to 350° degrees. Grease muffin pan with the butter or use a baking spray in each cup. Fill each cup with chopped ham, shredded cheese and chives or parsley.
In a blender crack 12 eggs, add heavy whipping cream, and cottage cheese. Blend until smooth and frothy and pour into each cup of the greased muffin pan. Bake for one hour.
