Pork Zucchini Stir Fry

This pork zucchini stir fry is a delicious and easy meal to throw together last minute on a Tuesday when you have no idea what to prepare for dinner. It can be made with ground pork, ground beef, ground turkey or ground chicken. Really, any ground meat would work well in this recipe. I used ground pork because that’s what I had thawed and ready to go.
