This pork zucchini stir fry is a delicious and easy meal to throw together last minute on a Tuesday when you have no idea what to prepare for dinner. It can be made with ground pork, ground beef, ground turkey or ground chicken. Really, any ground meat would work well in this recipe. I used ground pork because that’s what I had thawed and ready to go.

- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Asian chili garlic sauce

Instructions
- Stir together ingredients for sauce and set aside. In a large wok or frying pan brown ground pork. Move pork to one side and add zucchini. Let zucchini brown on each side before stirring pork and zucchini together. Cook for about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice or riced cauliflower, and drizzle sauce over to taste.
