Buffalo Bites, Super Bowl Appetizers, Finger Foods, Easy Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

The Super Bowl is almost upon us, and once again the Vikings will not be playing in it, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t make the most out of the day and celebrate two great teams. These Buffalo Bites are the perfect appetizer to bring to any Super Bowl party, just make sure to make a lot because they will go fast.

These easy and delicious Buffalo Bites can be make ahead and warmed up on game day, no point in spending all day in the kitchen when you could be talking sports smack with friends and family, right?

These are not Keto due to the use of the bread crumbs, you could use almond flour as the binder, but we have nut allergies in the house and I didn’t want to risk it. You could probably eliminate the bread crumbs by using another egg, though the texture might be a little more chewy.

I serve these with buffalo wing sauce and blue cheese dressing for dipping, but I’ve seen a lot of people use Ranch dressing, even though that sounds disgusting to me. Honestly, we’ve become far too dependent on Ranch dressing and we’re doing our kids a disservice by not exposing them to other, better tasting sauces – just my two cents – serve them with the sauces you and yours like best.
