Yes, they’re back. Rafael, Donatello, Michelangelo and Leonardo are making a comeback after their huge success in the late 80’s. The mutant turtles are back to share all their ninja moves with this current generation of kids. They’re back and you can join the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to break the Guinness Book of World Records’ “Largest gathering of Ninja Turtles” .
Cowabunga Dudes, Let’s Break a Record!
The fun starts Saturday, March 17, 2012 at 9 a.m. Registration begins at 8 a.m. in West Market Square, to break the 786 person record of TMNT fans dressed as Ninja Turtles. Nickelodeon Universe will provide t-shirts and green face masks to the first 800+ people while supplies last. For participating, guests will receive a complimentary ride pass to check out Shell Shock before anyone else!
The new attraction that takes riders 70 feet in the air in a matter of seconds is based on the highly-anticipated all-new CG-animated television series, “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” which will premiere on Nickelodeon later this year.
I’m bringing both of my kids, and their friends, out there to help break this world record. If you follow me on Facebook you know my daughter had five teeth removed today. Even in that kind of pain she wants to go and get her turtle on. The centrifugal force might actually make her gums feel better.
Come on out and be part of history!
I LOVED that movie when I was a kid. Too bad I’m way to far away to show up as a ninja turtle. I’ve been needing a new hobby!
