Place chicken in zip loc bag and add oil and vinegar. Seal bag and massage chicken to distribute oil and vinegar evenly. Store in fridge for an hour to overnight. I let them marinate overnight.
After marinating cook chicken in prepared pan to give a nice sear and then finish in a 350°F oven. About 20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165°F. Let the meat rest for at least 5 minutes and then slice and enjoy!
