Tyson did not call back at 5:00pm so at 5:20pm I called him. A very nice Canadian woman answered and said that Tyson was on the phone with another customer. No problem I said I could wait. She said that he was off in ten minutes and would probably not get back to me until Monday. She sounded sad about this. As I said she was very nice. So nice that she waited on hold while I answered a call from my doctor. When I switched back to her she suggested that I call tech support and see if they could help me. She said that she would have Tyson call me Monday. I have not called tech support in India yet. I will but I want to get the kids fed and taken care of before I commit to hours on the phone with tech support.
It’s getting warm.
I have had good and bad experiences on both sides of the phone calls you are making. The whole situation is just frustrating as #3ll for all involved. I hope Canadian Tyson calls you bright and early Monday morning with a quick and definitive fix, and that your gremlins are cast into the abyss.
